Certified Personal Trainer
I first got into fitness during my younger years when I competed in athletics, specifically running and javelin. I competed at the county level in these disciplines. My strength was a 100m sprint, where I consistently finished in the top 3. I continued to train after having children in athletics in a veterans group in Milton Keynes.

I am always looking for the next challenge. I started weight training when I entered early menopause. I understood the importance of weight training, fitness and nutrition supporting my menopause journey. Menopause has been challenging, but I would have found this much more difficult without weight training, fitness and nutritional knowledge. As a result, I am now physically and mentally in the best shape of my life. Currently working as a Personal Trainer in Milton Keynes from a private fitness studio, I am using my knowledge to help clients with their fitness journey to lead a healthier lifestyle.

I have started road cycling as well as weight training and circuit classes. I have NOW rediscovered my competitive streak.
My Vision
I am often told that I am passionate about helping others and fitness. I love that everyone is different and needs a different approach to training. I love the challenge when working with clients as a Personal Trainer to develop their personalised training programme.
